JK dairy enters into agreement with Mother Dairy

New Delhi, Dec 17 (UNI) JK Dairy and Foods Ltd has partnered with Mother Dairy Foods Processing Ltd, Delhi for contract manufacturing of certain milk products to partially utilise the company's installed capacity.

The agreement will be effective till March next year and may be extended with mutual consent, a statement said.

JK Dairy and Foods Ltd is engaged in the production and sale of milk powders and ghee (clarified butter). The plant is located in Gajraula, about 110 Km east of Delhi.

The plant has a capacity to process 3,000,00 litres per day of milk and uses modern technology to produce products of high standard.

The sales and distribution network of the company serves over 2,58,000 retail outlets through 600 distributors.
