Anil Ambani offers worship at Tirumala

Tirumala, Dec 17(UNI) Industrialist Anil Ambani offered prayers at Sri Venkateswara temple this morning.

Mr Ambani, accompanied by his mother Kokila Ben, sister and brother- in-law, arrived at the Renigunta airport in the morning by flight and immediately left for Tirumala.

Mr Ambani was received by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams(TTD) Joint Executive Officer, G Balaramaiah and the temple Deputy Executive Officer, Prabhakar Reddy in the temple .

He was presented prasadam, a portrait of the Lord and religious books by Mr Balaramiah.

He was also honoured by the temple priests at Ranganayukulu Mandapam in the temple premises, amid chanting of vedic hymns.

Mr Ambani promised to render assistance to the temple officials, for the convenience of the pilgrims.

Later, he left for Mumbai.
