Senior women boxing championship from tomorrow

Visakhapatnam, Dec 16 (UNI) As many as 29 women teams from all over the country will participate in the seventh senior national women boxing championship starting here tomorrow.

Andhra Pradesh Amateur Boxing Association (APABA) organising secretary G V Ravi Raju said besides, top ten national women boxers and more than 300 boxers from all the states, participants from Railways and other public sectors would take part in the championship.

Visakhapatnam District Amateur Boxing Association (VDABA) would spend Rs 19 lakh for the championship.

It would conclude on December 21.
