Winter session of Bihar assembly adjourned sine die

Patna Dec 15 (UNI) The brief winter session of Bihar assembly was adjourned sine die today.

Altogether 889 questions were approved of which 97 were taken up in the House and answers of 90 questions were tabled.

The House passed several important bills, incldung Bihar Appropriation Bill-2006, Bihar Hindu Religious Board (amendment) Bill-2006, Bihar Excise(amendment) Bill-2006 Bihar Luxary tax in Hotels(amendment) Bill-2006 and others.
