Tanla Solutions subscribe more than 39 times.

Mumbai, Dec 15 (UNI) The Public Offer of Tanla Solutions Ltd has received an excellent response from investors and has been subscribed 39 times.

The Book was built with overwhelming response to the QIB portion which was oversubscribed 57 times. The HNI portion was subscribed 41.56 times and the retail portion 11.10 times. The offer received over 2.45 lac bids.

The company entered the capital market on December 11, 2006 with a public issue of 15,885,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each in the price band of Rs 230 to Rs 265 per equity share. SBI Capital Markets Ltd, IL&FS Investsmart Ltd and ICICI Securities Ltd are the BRLMs for the issue.

The existing equity shares of the company are listed on Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Madras Stock Exchanges. The equity share is quoted at Rs 347.25 on the Hyderabad Stock Exchange this afternoon, the release said.
