RS adjourned till Monday after condoling Sukhbans Kaur's demise

New Delhi, Dec 15 (UNI) Rajya Sabha was adjourned till Monday after condoling the death of Sukhbans Kaur, sitting Congress member, who passed away today.

As soon as the House assembled at 1430 hours in the post-lunch session, Chairman Bhairon Singh Shekhawat announced the death of Kaur.

He said Kaur was ailing for some time and was admitted to the ICU of the Ganga Ram Hospital yesterday where she passed away in the forenoon today.
