Punjab continues to shiver despite rise in night temp
Jalandhar, Dec 15 (UNI) Jalandhar continued to shiver at 2.4 Degrees Celsius even as night temperatures recorded marginal rise at most of the places in Punjab.
An Official Spokesman, quoting Air Force Met Centre data, said that temperature in Jalandhar's Adampur Airport recorded a negligible rise of 0.8 degree whereas night temperature in Pathankot was 6.6 Degrees Celsius, 1.6 degrees higher than yesterday.
However, the mercury registered a sudden fall of two degrees in Amritsar where the minimum temperature was recorded this morning at four degrees.
