Property firm Unitech raises 360mln stg in UK IPO

LONDON, Dec 15 (Reuters) Unitech Corporate Parks , an Isle of Man based investor in Indian commercial property, said on Friday it had raised the 360-million-pounds (8 million) it had planned to via an initial public offering in London.

The company plans to use the proceeds to acquire majority stakes in six commercial IT estate development projects around Delhi and Kolkata, it said in a statement.

It said 360 million shares were placed at 100 pence per share. Deutsche Bank has been granted an over-allotment option to sell up to a further 54 million shares at the offer price.
