No one from AP killed or injured in Dubai: Minister

Hyderabad, Dec 15 (UNI) No one from Andhra Pradesh was either killed or injured in a road mishap in Dubai, Andhra Pradesh Information Minister Mohd Ali Shabeer Ali clarified in the State Assembly today.

Making a statement in the House, the Minister said on directions from Chief Minister he got in touch with the Dubai Consul General, who had clarified that only one Indian was killed in the mishap, but he was not from the state.

Referring to reports that 30 construction workers who had gone to Dubai from Karimnagar and Nizamabad districts were feared killed in the mishap, he made it clear that the injured were mainly from Indonesia and other countries.
