JIPMER employees observe Black Day
Puducherry, Dec 15 (UNI) Employees of the centrally administered JIPMER hospital here observed a 'Black Day' today.
The employees attended their duty by wearing black badges to register their protest against the move of the Union government to introduce a Bill in the Parliament to convert JIPMER into an autonomous institution.
