Devotees continue to throng Durga temple

Vijayawada, Dec 15 (UNI) About one lakh devotees ended their 40-day 'Bhavani Deeksha' (austerity) at the Sri Durga Malleswaraswami temple atop Indrakeeladri hill here today.

The devotees, after taking a holy dip in river Krishna, went round the hill performing 'Giripradakshan' before having darshan of Goddess Kanakadurga. They later offered 'erumudi' in the 'homa gundam'.

Arrangements are being made for darsan of Goddess Durga from all points of the temple.
