Community Halls misused for commercial activity

New Delhi, Dec 15 (UNI) Delhi Development Authority has reported that it has allotted land for the purpose of community halls which can be used for social and cultural activities,the Lok Sabha was told today.

If any Community Hall is being used for commercial activities like Banquet Halls, baction for determination of its lease is taken after an inquiry, Minister of State for Urban Development said in a written answer.

He said the DDA had further reported that after enquiry it had recently determined the lease of two community halls being misused for commercial activity UNI YS AD RS1358
