Arrest warrant against Shroff

Indore, Dec 15 (UNI) A local court has issued an arrest warrant against film actor Jackie Shroff in a case related to the dishonouring of a cheque.

The warrant was issued against Shroff today by Judicial Magistrate R K Batham while hearing case filed by financier Mahdendra Singh Bedi.

Bedi had filed a complaint last year that a cheque of Rs 2.77 lakh given by Shroff against the payment made by him for a film was dishonoured.

The court fixed February 3 as the next date for hearing.
