Aditya wins men single title in AP

Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh, Dec 15 (UNI) Aditya Madkekar of Maharashtra won the men's singles title defeating Vinod Sridhar 6-1, 2-6, 6-3 in the All India Tennis Tournament here today.

Aditya trounced Vinod Sridhar of Tamil Nadu in the final. Vinod after losing first set to Aditya 6-1, and won the second set 2-6.

But Adhitya with better stroke play came back into the game and won the third set 6-3 to lift the title.

Results: Men singles (final): Aditya Madkekar (Mah) bt Vinod Sridhar (TN) 6-1, 2-6, 6-3.
