Rajya Sabha to discuss nationwide labour strike

New Delhi, Dec 14: The Rajya Sabha will have a discussion on the nation-wide strike called by the Left trade unions against the industrial policy of the UPA government today.

The demand to discuss the issue was made by Left members in the House as soon as it assembled for the day.

However, Chairman Bhairon Singh Shekhawat said they could raise the issue during the Zero Hour, to which the members agreed.
