Prakash Sharan appointed as ED of HMT Tractors

Bangalore, Dec 14 (UNI) Mr Prakash Sharan has taken over as Executive Director of state-owned HMT's Tractor Business.

He was General Manager (Production) at HMT Tractor Division at Pinjore prior to being appointed as the ED. He had held various positions in Machine Tool Marketing in the organisation, a release said here today.

Mr Sharan had also handled important projects in Defence, automobiles and general engineering sectors including World Bank aided Modernisation of ITIs, Machine Tools to Toyota Project in Bangalore and Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd's Sukhoi Aircraft project.
