Mercury continues to dip in MP

Bhopal, Dec 14 (UNI) As a result of chilly winds arriving from north, cold conditions intensified in Madhya Pradesh and mercury plummeted to seven degrees Celsius in several places.

Meteorological department spokesperson said Khajurah, Raisen and Balaghat recorded lowest temperature with mercury plummeting to seven degrees Celsius, while a temperature of 7.6 deg C was recorded in Gwalior, 9 deg C in Indore, 11.4 deg C in Bhopal and 10 deg C in Jabalpur.
