International Symposium on Microwaves from tomorrow

Bangalore, Dec 14 (UNI) A three day international symposium on microwaves will be held here from tomorrow to enable experts in the field share the latest advancements in microwave engineering.

More than 250 delegates including more than 60 from abroad will participate in the symposium to be inaugurated by Dr K N Sankara, Director of ISRO Satellite Centre here.

Talking to newsmen here Dr Y Purushotam spokesman for the symposium organised by the Bangalore chapter of the Institution of Electrical and Electronics Engineers said the symposium had evoked overwhelming response. Papers have been received from Poland, France, US, UK and Israel. Companies from Germany, the US and Israel were also participating in the exhibition held along with the symposium.
