FIFA selects Gangtok, Bangalore for Goal II project

New Delhi, Dec 14 (UNI) THe game of football received a shot in the arm with FIFA selecting Gangtok and Bangalore for its Goal II project.

According to an All India Football Federation statement, FIFA President Joseph Blatter has written to AIFF President Priya Ranjan Dasmunsi that India has been selected for the Goal II Project of FIFA.

The Goal II Project in India will see training centres coming up in Gangtok (Sikkim) and Bangalore (Karnataka).
