ATS picks up five youths from Aurangabad
Aurangabad, Dec 14 (UNI) Mumbai-based Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) has picked up five youths with the help of Anti Terrorist Cell (ATC) of city police.
''Following a tip-off from the ATS, the team of local ATC detained five youths late last night and handed them over to the ATS,''said City Police Chief Uddhav Kamble today.
''The youths were picked up for their alleged involvement in drug peddlling'', Mr Kamble said.
Police could not confirm whether the youths, who were taken to Mumbai by the ATS team, had any connection with either the recent blasts in Malegaon or arms' seizure in Aurangabad.
