Northern Rajasthan reels under cold wave
Jaipur, Dec 13 (UNI) Northern parts of Rajasthan will continue to suffer cold wave for two more days while the chill has subsided in the Jodhpur division.
The weather office has predicted that cold weather conditions will continue for the next few days as a result of snowfall in the upper reaches of Himalaya and due to western disturbances.
Churu, Jaipur and Pilani shivered at 5 degree Celsius today, the coldest in the state, making people huddle inside early at night.
Ganganagar recorded 7 degree Celsius, Dabok, Bikaner and Barmer 8 and Jodhpur 9.
Ajmer recorded a marginal increase in temperature mapping 10 degree Celsius, Kota and Jaisalmer 11 degree Celsius.
