Indian makes mass cancellation, private operators joins force

Kolkata, Dec 13 (UNI) All 22 flights of Indian will be cancelled tomorrow, while heavy cancellation is also on from private operators.

Indian spokesperson said here today that they have cancelled all their 22 domestic flights tomorrow in view of passenger safety and lack of logistics support.

It has been learnt that the private operators are also cancelling their operations duue to heavy cancellation.

Airport Director V K Monga said the union has conveyed to him that they will not support the management in any way tomorrow. So the Airport will be more or less paralysed tomorrow, he added.

However, the officers of Airport Authority will man the Airport Traffic Control so that flights flying over the city will have no problems.
