Hospital employees on strike

Lucknow, Dec 13 (UNI) Employees of Balrampur Government Hospital here today went on a flash strike after relatives of a deceased patient assaulted a stafff nurse and her husband.

According to official sources, irked over the death of a patient, his relatives beat a nurse Shakuntala and her husband alleging the staff was not responsible on duty.

Agitated by the incident, all the employees except doctors went on strike, which has disrupted medical services in the hospital.
