Five killed in a building collapse in IT bellwether Infosys campus

Bangalore, Dec 13 (UNI) Five labourers were killed and five others injured in a mishap in the campus of Information Technology bellwether Infosys here this morning.

City Police Commissioner N Achuta Rao, who visited the spot, while talking to newspersons, said the mishap occurred when the centring structures and huge glass panes came down on the workers engaged in building work below. The deceased belonged to Raichur district, he added.

He said five labourers, who sustained injured, were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment immediately.
