Century Textiles - Updates

Mumbai, Dec 13 (UNI) Century Textiles today informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that pursuant to a Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS) which was introduced at their Worli mill in Mumbai, 6300 employees out of a total staff of about 6600, have opted for the scheme.

Due to this development, their manufacturing operations in Mumbai have almost come to a stand-still.
