CBI files chargesheet in UP MLA murder case

New Delhi, Dec 13 (UNI) The Central Bureau of Investigation today filed a supplementary charge sheet against two people, in connection with murder of UP MLA Krishnanand Rai on November 29 last year.

The chargesheet, against the duo, identified as Rakesh Pandey and Ramu Mallah, was filed in the Court of Special Magistrate at Lucknow.

The two face charges of murder and offences under the Arms Act.

The court will hear the matter tomorrow.
