Three accomplices to murder sentenced to life imprisonment

Hardwar, Dec 12 (UNI) A local court has sentenced three persons, including a father and son, to life imprisonment for murder.

The second Fast Track Court judge, Uttam Singh Nambial, convicted Bal Karan, alias Balla, Girdhari and Pritam guilty of murdering one Om Pal in December 1994.

Om Pal's mother Hukam Devi, resident of the village Padali Gujjar, had filed a report at Roorkee's Ganga Nahar police station that her son was taken away by his relative Sukh Ram on December 25, 1994, and murdered by the latter in collusion with these three.

However, the main accused Sukh Ram died during the trial.

The judge also imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 On each of the convicted.
