Mumbai, Dec 12 (UNI) Bollywood action hero Suneil Shetty today settled a copyright row over his forthcoming film 'Bhagambhag' out of Court for Rs 75 lakh and accepted that his film is indeed a Hindi remake of the Malyalam super-hit 'Mannar Mathai Speaking'.

Following the receipt of a demand draft for Rs 75 lakh for the settlement of the dispute from Mr Shetty, the producer of the original Malyalam super-hit Mr Mani Kappan today withdrew his case, his counsel Mr Majid Memon said.

It maybe recalled here, that the Bombay High Court had last week ordered issuance of notices to the producers of the film, Mr Shetty, Mr Raj Mehta, director Mr Priyadarshan and story-screenplay writer Mr Neeraj Vora.

The petitioner's contention was that he was in the process of remaking the Malyalam film in Telugu. During this period he became aware of the production of a Hindi version through the website and advertisements of the film, which violated his copyright over the same.
