Sale of autos with fake documents comes to light

Hubli, Dec 12 (UNI) Police here have busted a racket of selling autorickshaws with fake documents, with the arrest of two persons hailing from Mumbai.

Police said that acting on a tip off, they arrested both the accused and seized eight autorickshaws sold to localites with fake documents.

The modus operandi of the two was to purchase autorickshaws in Mumbai at cheap rates and sell it in Hubli with fake papers.
