Privilege notice against Rabri devi in assembly

Patna, Dec 12 (UNI) Ruling JD(U) MLA Lalan Paswan today moved a privilege notice in the assembly against leader of the Opposition and former chief minister Rabri Debi for her alleged adverse comments about Speaker Udainarayan Choudhry.

Mr Paswan brought the notice under rules of 242 and 243 of House Business. The Speaker informed the members about the notice which was under consideration.

Mr Paswan told newspersons that Ms Devi had dubbed the Speaker as an ''agent of government'', which appeared in some of the newspapers.
