Orange festival in Manipur

Imphal, Dec 12: The orange festival will be held at Manipur's Tamenglong district headquarters on December 15 and 16.

Manipur Governor Dr SS Sidhu will grace the function as Chief Guest.

Officials said special orange show will be held and the festival will be held to make the district a tourist destination. The district is famous for its orange products and there will a special competition for oranges.

Orange Queen contest, cultural programmes will be the main highlight of the festival and attractive awards have been announced for the contests.
