Kerala PSC to go Online from Dec 27

Kozhikode, Dec 12 (UNI) Job seekers in Kerala would be able to file their applications using the internet with the State Public Service Commission (PSC) going Online from December 27.

Talking to newspersons here today, PSC Chairman K V Salahuddin said the Governor R L Bhatia would formally inaugurate the facility on December 27.

With this, candidates seeking employment in different category Government jobs in the State can file in their applications hassle-free on www.keralapsc.org.

Mr Salahuddin said the trial service of the facility, to be provided free of cost for the time being at least, had already begun.

Steps were also being taken to prepare question banks using computers to ensure secrecy, avoid mistakes, and also to enable speedy conduct of examinations, he added.

The Chairman said, a symposium would be organised here on December 16 to deliberate on various issues, including employment opportunities.

Titled as 'Kerala PSC and Kerala Society', the event would be inaugurated by State Industries Minister Elamaram Kareem, he added.
