IndiGo announces non-stop daily services

Chennai, Dec 12 (UNI) IndiGo, India's latest low-fare domestic carrier, today announced new non-stop daily services between Chennai and Kolkata and Chennai and Mumbai from February 3.

A company statement here said the one-way fare between Kolkata-Chennai was Rs 1,799, Chennai to Kolkata Rs 1,799, Chennai-Mumbai Rs 899 and the Mumbai-Chennai Rs 899.

The new schedule offers convenient daily non-stop services between Chennai, Mumbai and Kolkata, in addition to the existing daily double services to Hyderabad and Delhi via Hyderabad, the statement said.

The airline has plans to serve approximately 30 Indian cities by 2010, with a fleet of about 40 A320 aircrafts, it added.
