HC reserves orders on Bineesh's bail application

Kochi, Dec 12 (UNI) Kerala High Court today reserved orders on a bail application filed by Bineesh, the principal accused in the Kanichukulangara murder case.

The Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the investigation of the case was already over and the petitioner was in jail for 439 days.

Opposing the applicaton, Additional Director-General of Prosecution said investigation in the case was still continuing and if released, the accused would tamper with the evidence.
