HC reserves orders on bail application of murder accused

Kochi, Dec 12 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today reserved its orders on the bail application filed by Bineesh, the principal accused in the Kanichukulangara murder case.

Counsel for the petitioner told the Court of Justice V Ramkumar that investigation in the case was already over and the petitioner was in jail for 439 days.

Opposing the applicaton, Additional Director-General of Prosecution said investigation in the case still continued and release of the accused would tamper with evidence.
