HC directs to register murder case against SP

Gwalior, MP, Dec 12 (UNI) The Gwalior bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court today directed registration of a murder case against the then Superintendent of Police Gajiram Meena and three other police officials in the alleged death of an accused in police encounter.

Hearing a petition by Awadh Bai in the alleged Naresh Kamria encounter case, Justice Shubhash Sanwatsar directed the petitioner to lodge an application in the concerned police station and directed police to register cases against Ms Meena, Town Inspector Ashok Singh Bhadoria, Sub-inspector Dhanendra Singh Bhadoria and constable Murari under section 302 of the IPC.
