Government Press Joint Director commits suicide

Puducherry, Dec 12(UNI) The Government Press Joint Director allegedly committed suicide by consuming poison here today.

According to police, the Joint Director Kamalakannan (50) was found unconscious in his house today and his wife Valarmathi, personal assistant to the Puducherry Municipal Commissioner rushed him to JIPMER, where he was declared brought dead.

Lawspet Police have registered a case.
