CBSE Board to introduce financial mkt as subject
New Delhi, Dec 12: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has dfrawn up a plan to introduce a subject on financial market for students of eleventh and twelfth class from the coming academic session, the Lok Sabha was told today.
Minister of State for HRD said in a written answer that in addition to one language and one elective subject from the academic session three subjects are included in the course. These are Accountability for business transaction, Financial Markets and Com puter Application in Financial Management.
The basic objective behind introduction of this vocational course is to enable the students passing the class twelfth to work in financial firms, stock markets and Business Process Outsourcing firms.
