Silver down, Gold flat

Mumbai, Dec 11 (UNI) Spot Silver resumed at lower level on bearish global advice while Gold remained flat on moderate demand, in the opening session, traders at the Bombay Bullion Association today said.

Following were the opening rates of spot Silver and Gold: Silver (per kg).999 fineness grade: Rs 20,275, Gold (per 10 gm): Gold 99.5 purity standard mint : Rs 9,110, Gold 99.9 purity pure Gold : Rs 9,160.
