Sensex goes down by over 500 points today

Mumbai, Dec 11: The BSE Sensex today moved southwards losing over 500 points to touch 13279.12 mark. The major downfall comes when BSE celebtated Sensex crossing the historic 14000 mark.

All BSE sectoral indices are in red. However, the banking stocks are the worst hit.
