Satyam selected to implement Windows Vista for customers
Hyderabad, Dec 11 (UNI) Satyam Computer Services, the city-based IT services company is among the six organisation selected worldwide by Microsoft to participate in the Windows Vista Application compatibility Factory (ACF), a program designed to help organizations around the world to implement Windows Vista, the latest operating system from Microsoft.
As Windows Vista is to be released later this month, Microsoft created ACF to help Windows Vista customers assess and remediate their existing applications, mitigate the risks inherent in migration, and accelerate rollout.
''Satyam, a key Microsoft industry partner with significant expertise on its products and technologies, is among the first and one of just six global organizations (of Microsoft's 660,000 partners and 15 globally managed partners) participating in the ACF,'' the company said in a release here today.
