DYFI state conference in Kannur

Kannur, Dec 11 (UNI) The tenth state conference of the Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) will be held here next month, DYFI state secretary Pradeep Kumar said today.

The three-day conference will begin on January three. West Bengal Chief Minister Budhadev Bhattachaya would inaugurate a public rally on January five, he told reporters here.

It was for the first time that the state conference of the DYFI was being held at Kannur, he said, adding that various seminars on relevant issues would be held as part of the conference.

The previous conference was held at Kollam.
