Aptech opens office in Kuala Lumpur
New Delhi, Dec 11 (UNI) Global learning solutions provider, Aptech Ltd today opened its first office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
''Malaysia is crucial to Aptech's expansion in the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN). Aptech initially plans to offer services and solutions to individuals, corporates and academic institutions in Malaysia and later address the client's needs across South East Asia,'' Aptech CEO and Managing Director Pramod Khera said.
The new Kuala Lumpur office reiterates Aptech's South East Asia strategy of being near to its important regional markets and affirms its commitment to the Malaysian domestic market as well, he said.
At the launch, Aptech also announced the inauguration of a high-end training center located at Antarabangsa, in the Golden Triangle in Kuala Lumpur.
Aptech has been operating in Malaysia in partnership with Human Resource Development Corporation (PSMB) and Cosmopoint since 2002.
Under this special partnership, Aptech has provided high end software development training to over 1000 IT graduates and has 98 per cent post training job placement record.
Aptech plans to invests around RM 30 million in the next two-three years to expand its operations in Malaysia.
''Aptech is coming to Malaysia with vision of partnering Government, Industry and Institutes of higher learning for developing the high-end ICT skills,'' Mr Khera said.
The training center will offer high-end technology training solutions to both current clients and serve as a platform to showcase its capabilities to potential clients.
The High Commissioner of India in Malaysia R L Narayan was the chief guest at the event.
Also present at the launch were the Deputy CEO, Malaysian Human Resource Development Council, Dato' Idrus President of Cosmopoint Sdn Bhd and Mr Tarun Mitra, Deputy Vice President APAC/ Africa, Aptech Ltd.
