7-year-RI for Pak mole
New Delhi, Dec 11 (UNI) A sessions court today sentenced a self-confessed Pakistani mole to seven-year rigorous imprisonment (RI) for stealing and passing over secret documents to an employee of Pakistan High Commission more than four years ago.
Additional Sessions Judge R P S Teji passed the sentence after Naresh Dagar pleaded guilty to the crime.
Documents of secret nature were drawn from different categories, including photographs of Indian Air Force stations, fighter air planes and management of Indian Airports.
Later, Dagar handed over these documents to Amir Shabbir, an employee at Pakistan High Commission, on June 1, 2002.
