513 gas cylinders seized

Shajapur, Dec 11: More than 500 gas cylinders stocked illegally in the godown of a Bharat Gas distributor here was seized by officials yesterday.

In a joint raid by Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) and District Civil Supplies Officer, 190 cylinders of 5 Kg, 300 cylinders of 14 Kg and 23 commercial gas cylinders were recovered.

Many discrepancies were also found in the stock register, official sources said.
