Two commit suicide in HP

Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, Dec 9 (UNI) Two people committed suicide in separate incidents at Baddi industrial area of Solan district in Himachal Pradesh yesterday, police sources said today.

Manoj Kumar, a resident of Dehra Dun, was found hanging from the ceiling of his room last evening after his landlord informed the police of the foul smell coming out from his room.

The sources said police found his body hanging from the ceiling after they broke open his rented accommodation.

In another suicide case reported from the area, a migrant Nepalese labourer committed suicide following an altercation with his wife last night.

Bhim Bahadur hanged himself in his one room rented house, the sources said.

They said cases have been registered and investigations were on.
