TTD EO meets officials on mass weddings

Tirumala, Andhra Pradesh, Dec 9(UNI) The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has deputed its officials to various marriage halls for supervising the arrangments for the 50,000 mass weddings to take place on February 22 next year.

Participating in a review meeting here today, TTD Executive Officer A P V N Sharma directed the officials to ensure the weddings were carried out in a planned manner in co-ordination with the MPs, MLAs and higher officials.

He also asked the officials to distribute pamphlets on the event to those in villages.
