Six labourers feared trapped in iron ore mine,one body recovered

Panaji, Dec 9 (UNI) Six labourers were feared killed when they were trapped in an iron ore mine in Talyar area in Sanguem town of south Goa today, following a landslide.

Police recovered the body of one of the workers and efforts were on to rescue others, police said.

The mishap occured at one of the mines belonging to Timlo company, police added.

Fire tenders have rushed to the spot for rescue mission. Further details are awaited.
