Photographer to get lifetime achievement award

Visakhapatnam, Dec 9 (UNI) City-based portrait and fashion photographer B K Agarwal would be conferred the Lifetime Achievement Award 2006 by the Delhi-based Academy of Visual Media (AVM).

Speaking to newsmen here today, Mr Agarwal said the academy would also honour three other photographers from China and Pakistan along with Indian Photographer T N A Perumal.

As many as 15 pictures taken by him would be displayed at an exhibition to be held in the national capital from January one to eight, Mr Agarwal added.
