North-western part reeling under cold wave conditions in Raj
Jaipur, Dec 9 (UNI) Snow and cold wind blowing from the northern part of the country has brought down the temperature in the state by an average of two degree celsius compared to yesterday.
Churu district was the coldest place in the state at 2.8 degree celsius. According to the weather office here, the state capital Jaipur has reported a minimum temperature of 7.5 degree celsius, which is below two degree normal while Kota has recorded 14.6.
The north western part of the state is reeling under a cold wave condition. Pilani recorded 3.8, Ganganagar 4.4, Barmer 5.7, Jodhpur 7.6, Jaisalmer 7.6, Sawai Madhopur 10, Ajmer 11.2 and Udaipur recorded 12 degree celsius.
